Virtual Course Information

This is a 30 hour course that provides the student with the knowledge and tools needed to satisfy the post licensure for the Alabama Real Estate Commission. This course includes course material that prepares the licensee to conduct transactions as a licensed salesperson. At the completion of this course, the student would have met the requirement to possess an original salesperson license by the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
